3 Positives exercise - keeping at it!

Wondering if anyone else tried the 3 Positives & Why approach, discussed in my last blog posting?

I tried it - for 12 consecutive days. It was actually nice. I found it to be a refreshing way to take a 5-10 minute break during my day.
